Photo Session
- Sessions Fee - $100 per horse

Shipping and Handling
- Regular Prints - $6.50
- Large Prints (Not Mounted) - $15.00
- Foam Board Mounted Prints will be priced individually at time of shipping
Prices are based on an average 2 week delivery schedule. An additional rush charge of 50% will apply. All overnight shipping fees are in addition to rush charge.
Terms of Business
Charges:
Photo sessions are scheduled in advance with payment due at completion of session. Photo sessions represent varied selection for most advertising needs. More complicated sessions will be quoted to client prior to a session. If requested, a written estimate will be provided. Victoria Blanch Photography reserves the right to change a published rate. Cash or checks are accepted. Credit cards are not accepted. A charge of $30.00 will apply to any returned checks.
Out of pocket expenses (i.e. meals, travel, motel, airline transportation and rental car fees) incurred in the process of performing services for a client are charged in addition to the Session Fee. When driving to and from a Session a Mileage Fee charged at a rate of $0.60 per mile.
Cancellations:
Short notice cancellations will result in charges to the client.
Failure to cancel less than one week prior to the session will result in a billing for ½ the estimated fee.
One business day notice cancellation will result in a billing for the full fee and any expenses incurred.
License Fee/Copyright:
Photographs are copyrighted and are for advertising and brochure use only. All other means of reproduction such as laser or print copies, non-magazine publication, calendars, computer scans and internet applications are subject to a license fee.
Liability:
Victoria Blanch and/or any associate shall not be held liable for any accidents, loss, damage or delay for any reason whatsoever.
